Best concert ever!

My favorite band when I was 14 was Paramore. I loved them and I was so hopeful waiting for their coming. I remember that in november of the 2010 I read the new on the band website and I just screamed too loud. Then I call my mom and I told she that I really wanted to go, so after a few days and a lot of "please" she bought me the ticket and I was so happy.

The concert was in Espacio Riesco, a really small place for all the people that went to the concert. So many persons fainted during the concert because of the desperation of didn’t have enough space.I went with some friends that I knew in the chilean Paramore's Fan club, so we were really crazy waiting for the concert. we spent all the day outside the concert place, under the sun (it was on February) because the doors would open at 7 pm and we needed a good place to see the band, so we arrived at 10 am.

When the doors opened, we just run. I remember that I lost my friends, but in that moment, it didn't care, all that I wanted was to be in the first line and scream to my favorite band that I love them.

When the band came to the stage all the people was screaming, me too jajaja so I lost my voice on that concert, but I enjoyed every song.

That concert is a good memory and it makes me laugh because of all the euphoria that I had on that moment.  There are some pictures that I made that day.

I'd love visiting

One of my biggest dreams in the life is to go to Iceland, because I've heard the nature there is amazing. I can only imagine me walking through a big forest and being happy with the air and the smell of the flowers and trees.

Also I think maybe that place is like a movie with all the colours and adventures that exist on  it.

I will like to see the boreal halos, it might be an amazing show and I'm sure that I will cry because of the happyness of being there. Another think that I’d love to do is to going to the relaxing waters of the thermas.

In that Island doesn't live too much people, so maybe being there will be the perfect place to go to a spiritual trip and I’d like to do it alone, because I think it could be a great adventure for myself.

I'm not sure, but I think I've heard that the people there is really happy, because they don't feel the pressure of being in a big City and the work is not hard like in Chile, so I think maybe every person that I know should go there to have an experience with people that doesn’t have the same stress that us, just for know something new and maybe learn about the life in that place and imitate on the own life.

I really hope to have the opportunity to go there. I know I said it before, but is a big dream and I want to make it true even if it is too expensive to me.

About the blog

Hi!
I think that writte a blog is something funny, but I don't think that is one of my favorite activities. The part that I enjoy more is to read the blogs of my classmates, because I can know them better.
Something that I don't like about this is that we can't choose the theme of our own blog every day. I think that maybe it will be easier for everyone to writte about something that we know and we want to talk about it.

I think is a good excersise to practice the writting, but I think that maybe we need some grammar class or maybe a feedback, because sometimes when I read different blogs, I can find some mistakes that probably happens because we forget the grammar rules. It happens to me too (and maybe I'm having a lot of mistakes now), so I need it.

I don't know if I have some achievement on this activitie. I learnt some new words, but I think that is part of writte and use more language, so I dont' think that is an achievement.

I don't think the year is going so fast, I think that for the first time in many years finally we are having all our classes! I'm very happy for that. Maybe on this class we had some troubles, but en general the program is finally working (at least in the classes that I go).

Nerd

I believe that one of the subjects that I love to study is History of music, because the class are really funny and make me think a lot. We always are talking about the contemporary music and musicians. The focus in this semester is the music since XX century, and for that we made a familiar tree with our teacher and their teachers and etc. That was a really good excercise to know our own history. Now we are reading a book about musical interpretation in the history of the world and it is really usefull because it helps me to be a better performancer and musician. This book was wrote for differents musicians and other people relationed with the music, like teachers and psychologists and that make it feel that the advices and experiences are closer to us.

I really like this subject because the teachers (they are two) are amazing, the make me concient of the succes of the interpretation during the history and make me know how it change because of the social context and the type of instruments in every age.

Flower!

Hi everybody!
I think maybe one my favorites things in the life is taking pictures of beautiful flowers. In this photo you can see one of the most weird flowers I've ever seen. This summer I went to Frutillar with my ensamble of chamber music to participate in the CMMC in the Teatro del Lago. We had to walk to every rehearsal and when I was walking for the street and I saw by my side this amazing plant with this rare flower and her beauty made me feel lucky. Her form is really particular and that what make it very special to me.
I love this picture, because when I see it I can remember an excelent experience playing music with my friends in a beautiful place with amazing teachers.
But I don't know the name of this nice flower and I really want to know it, because I'll like to have it on my home, so if you know something about it, please tell me!

Salsa time

Hi!
Today I want to talk about something that I'mm doing every tuesday and thursday: dancing salsa!
I always wanted to do it, but I was scared and nervious because I didn't trust in myself, but one day when I was with a friend, he said "c'mon!! We can do it!" and since that tuesday I go every week just to dance and enjoy the moment with new people.
Is not only dance, there are class, so everytime I learn a new step. At the begining was too hard, because I didn't know the name of each step, but with the practice I learnt everyone of them and now I can follow the teacher in the class without troubles.
I go with some musicians friends and it results really well because we can follow the rythm in every song. Maybe we aren't amazing dancers, but we try to do the Best of ourselfs.
I think that was a really good idea decide to participate in this salsa class, because I have so much fun and I am knowing new people always.
If you want to try it, the class are in the alameda in the front of the GAM at 8:30 pm every tuesday and thursday and it only cost one 'luca'

Jackie

Jacqueline Du Pre is the best woman cellist that I know. She was born on January 26th, 1945, Oxford and she was married with the famous conductor Daniel Baremboim.

She has the most emotional and perfect version that I know of the Elgar's cello concerto and one of my favorites version of the Brahms 2nd cello sonata. She was too young to play as well as she did it, so was very famous because of her age and her talent.

Something sad about her life is that multiple sclerosis attacked her body, so she had to withdraw from the music at 28 years old.

When she played the Elgar's cello concerto with the London Symphony Orchestra, she did it in her  Stradivarius Davidov  powerfull cello (one of  the best cello that exist in the whole world) and now that instrument belongs to another big cellist: Yo-yo Ma

I admire her because she put a lot of passion in all the pieces she plays and in every intepretation she can touches my heart.

I dream everyday to play the cello with same passion that she.
